What is your return policy? We’ve tried to make our return and exchange policy as simple as possible. If you would like to return an unopened product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If you start using a product and it does not agree with your skin, or you just realize our products aren't a good fit for you, you can return the product within 7 days as long as the product is 75% full, for an exchange or store credit, minus shipping costs.

Why plastic over glass containers? Plastic containers are generally more affordable to manufacture and transport than glass containers. This cost savings can be passed on to you as the consumer, making skincare products more accessible and budget-friendly while maintaining a high quality in the formations. Plastic containers are also less fragile than glass containers, making them less susceptible to breakage during shipping, handling, and usage. This reduces the risk of product loss or damages. Futhermore, they are lighter in weight compared to glass containers, which can translate to lower shipping costs. Additionally, their lightweight nature makes plastic containers more convenient for travel, offering added convenience and versatility for you when on the go. And they are 100% recyclable and contribute to sustainability efforts when properly disposed of and recycled. By incorporating recycled plastics or using eco-friendly materials in plastic packaging, skincare brands can minimize their environmental impact while keeping costs low.

    What skin types are your products suitable for? Our skincare can be used on all skin types! 


    Are your products cruelty-free? Our products are never tested on animals.

    Are your products safe for sensitive skin? 100% safe for sensitive skin! As with any new skincare product, we always suggest doing a patch test if your skin is hyper sensitive to skincare products. 

    What makes your products different from others on the market? Our skincare line stands out from others on the market due to our commitment to small batch production, ensuring each product is crafted with the highest quality and freshest ingredients. As a female-owned small business, we bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of skincare needs, creating products that genuinely address women's concerns. Being made in the USA, we adhere to strict regulations and ethical labor practices, guaranteeing safe and high-standard products. We pride ourselves on ingredient transparency, using natural and ethically sourced materials, so our customers know exactly what they are applying to their skin. 

    Can your products help with specific skin concerns, such as acne, aging, or hyperpigmentation? In developing BioBella Botanicals, the needs of maturing skin was in the forefront of our minds. Please see each product page for information regarding what each product can help with. 

                  Do you offer samples or travel sizes of your products? We do not yet offer sample or trial sizes of our products, though with enough demand we will be able to offer that option in the future! That being said, all our products are 4oz or under, and can be taken through TSA without issue.

                  Are your products suitable for all ages? We love skincare! And we believe that an early start to skincare can set anyone up for a lifetime of beauty, radiant skin. Though are products are created with maturing skin in mind, our cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and lip balm can be used at any age. 

                  Do your products contain natural or organic ingredients? All our products contain a combination of natural and organic ingredients, as well as ingredients shown to scientifically help with maturing skin. 

                  Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding? Our products are 100% safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding. As a mom of 4, I understand that skin sensitivity can change during these special times, and I would always recommend patch test just in case.
